The primary goal of the project is to enhance the appreciation of nature in our immediate surroundings, fostering a culture of outdoor sports without the need for infrastructure development or landscape alteration. Such practices, particularly in the field of forest management, offer health benefits for athletes and recreational participants while raising awareness about the conservation of natural resources, reducing environmental impact, and emphasizing the importance of a carbon-neutral economy.
To facilitate the engagement of young people in outdoor sports and improve their understanding of the natural environment, the project empowers educators, trainers, and youth workers by collaborating with forest ecosystem experts. These professionals will share their acquired knowledge with younger generations in their local communities, using outdoor activities as the most effective tool for experiential learning.
In the long term, the project contributes to creating a new generation of recreational and active athletes who place significant value on environmental preservation.
All training materials and promotional content will be available online and disseminated via social media and video formats.
